Terms & conditions
The terms on which we sell products and provide services through this website. Please read them carefully.
Draft for review — not legal advice.
1. About us
This website is operated by Glory Edward Nutrition Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 13447089, with a registered address at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@gloryedwardnutrition.com or 0207 175 5108.
2. These terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may amend these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate. Certain products may carry additional age or suitability restrictions noted on the product page.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order, we'll send an acknowledgement email — this confirms we've received your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract is only formed when we send an email confirming dispatch of the goods. If we cannot accept your order (for example, an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error), we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.
5. Pricing
Prices are shown in GBPand include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We take care to price products correctly, but errors can occur; if we discover an error before dispatch, we'll contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider, Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details. Title to the goods passes to you on full payment and delivery.
7. Delivery, returns & cancellation
Delivery timescales, your right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, returns of faulty items and refund timings are set out in our delivery & returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Products & descriptions
We take care to describe and picture products accurately, but minor variations in packaging, appearance and formulation may occur. Product information, including any wellness or nutritional information, is provided for general education and is not medical advice — please read our medical disclaimer.
9. Consultations & scans
Where you book a consultation or health scan, that service is provided subject to any additional booking terms shown at the time. These services support your general wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, logos, branding, images, course and book material, and design — is owned by or licensed to Glory Edward Nutrition Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached.
12. Our liability
We provide our products and website with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee any particular health, wellness or nutritional outcome — individual results vary and depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failures, carrier delays, strikes or other force-majeure events. We'll take reasonable steps to minimise any impact.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
15. Contact
