Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Some remote postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer and, occasionally, carry a surcharge that we will always show before you pay.

Delivery options & times

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day; orders after the cut-off, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day.

• Standard delivery (2–4 working days): a flat rate, shown at checkout, and free on orders over £40.
• Express delivery (1–2 working days): available on eligible items for an additional charge shown at checkout.
• Tracked & signed: higher-value orders are sent on a tracked, signed-for service at no extra cost to you.

Delivery windows are estimates and begin from dispatch, not from the time you order. We are not able to guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Free delivery over £40

Spend £40 or more (after any discounts, before delivery charges) and standard UK delivery is free — it will apply automatically at checkout. If a partial return brings your order below £40, the value of the delivery you received may be deducted from your refund.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking reference where the service supports it. You can use that reference on the carrier's website to follow your parcel. If tracking hasn't updated for more than three working days, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Changed your mind? (14-day returns)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging — this is important for supplements and food products, which we cannot resell once a seal is broken.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products (such as supplements, powders and foods) and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage on a change-of-mind return, and for the goods until they reach us — we recommend a tracked service.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, or we've sent the wrong thing, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll cover reasonable return postage costs on faulty or incorrect items.

How to return an item

1. Email hello@gloryedwardnutrition.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, telling us whether it's a change of mind or a fault.
2. We'll reply with a return authorisation and the correct returns address.
3. Pack the item securely, include a note with your order number, and send it using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.

Refunds & timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods (usually sooner). We refund the price you paid for the item; on change-of-mind returns the original standard delivery charge is refundable, but any upgraded or express delivery cost, and the cost of returning the item, are not.
